These are some sites offering bitcoins based on advertising, page views, and even just hanging out and chatting.

• CoinVisitor - Earn some mBTC per pageview (10 seconds) up to ~20 pages, then view pages for a chance to win prizes

• CoinVisitor's Chat - Hang out with cool people and pick up occasional prizes of ~0.007 mBTC

• CoinAd - Usual 0.02 mBTC prize, with chance for larger prizes, register to get a chance every hour (and chat!)

• CoinAd's Chat - 25% chance of winning 0.01 mBTC every time you speak (spam will get you banned fast). Offline a considerable amount lately.

• BitVisitor - Similar to CoinVisitor, earn ~0.08 mBTC per pageview (5 mins) up to a certain amount each day

• DailyBitcoins - 0.01 mBTC every hour, chance to win prizes and peerbet creds

• BunnyRun - Race once a day for one of 3 prizes; 0.1 mBTC, 0.07 mBTC, or 0.04 mBTC, I've only ever won 0.04 mBTC

• NetLookup - Get 0.02 mBTC every day

• BitCoiner - Get 0.08 mBTC every day

• CoinTicket - Get 10 tickets worth between 1 and 5 µBTC each

• BitcoinFaucet.at - It may say minimum 0.01 BTC but it is actually ~0.05 mBTC once a day

• BTCbb - Similar to the chat rewarding system, except a forum full of cool people; get 0.01 mBTC for posting and withdraw at 10 mBTC. Tried signing up but no confirmation e-mail after 3 days, even after getting it re-sent.

• BitCrate - Break a mario brick and win some satoshis.  This had been dry for quite some time, but seems to be back up.  Get it while you can.

• Bitcoins4.me -  Get free bitcoins (amount varies) every day.

• Elbitcoingratis - Another faucet, this time in spanish, but you can figure it out.
